There is a short length of fuel hose (maybe 4-5") that connects the two fuel rails. Located center, front, top of engine. Pain in the a** to change without pulling the upper plenum. Take the throttle cable cover off, you might be able to see the hose/clamps behind and below the throttle body linkage.

^^^^This, the "Hose from Hell". The biggest issue is getting the old hose clamps around to where you can remove them. I've done the job without manifold removal, very tough job but doable with patience and angled needle nose pliers, and the exact right size new hose with new clamps pre-installed loose and facing out. Make sure the hose piece is the correct size, too small may leak and too big will kink and be tough to install. You'll have to move the clamps to the oppo side of the hose end you're installing each time to have the flexibility of the hose to maneuver it on, you'll see what I mean.

I have done this as well very recently actually. If you can have someone help you it will be much easier. Take the throttle cables off and have someone pull them back while you remove the clamps and hose. Replace. What i did for the clamps was open them completely and wrap them around the middle of the hose where there are no hard pipes and then press it against the plenum to slightly tighten them. After this slide both and either side and tighten.
