I got a walbro fuel pump installed (by someone) and now a month later when I was filling up with gas (to full tank) , I see a big gas leak right where the gas tank is by the passenger side rear tire (not exactly sure the source, just see a big puddle). Now assuming that it's because of the fuel pump install, is there a gasket or a seal there? Any suggestions?

Thanks as always.

Yes, there's a gasket there. Just pull the fuel pump cover and take a look.

would it be okay if i used rtv sealant instead of a gasket....reason is because on of the screws that holds the fuel pump to the tank is stuck on there. it just spins and doesnt tighten or losen! thanks

You'll want that gasket. It's a large rubberized ring that fits under the sender unit and above the gas tank.
