I noticed i had fuel pooling up on my fuel filter and dripping underneath my car. I did the swap about 2 months ago (including walbro fuel pump) but decided to replace the fuel lines, filter (z32), and hose clamps just to be safe. After doing that the leak didn't seem to get any better. Any ideas? O its a redtop but i dont think that would make a difference.

then something is not clamped well enough. pull the filter out again, and check the hose ends for small cracks. then reinstall.

what size hoses did you use? 3/8"? I read somewhere that the fuel lines were 8mm (~0.315") I used 1/4" lines and it was a mother to get them on the hard lines, I was gonna replace them all with 5/16". If you used 3/8" you're gonna have some leaking even with the clamps on tight.

are you running an adjustable fpr? High volume pump and a stock fpr results in abnormally high fuel pressure, that will take advantage of any possible leaks (see above)

5/16" is 7.9mm so use 5/16" all over and make sure it is for EFI use. Some fuel lines are meant and sold for carburated or lawn equipment and NOT rated for our higher pressure systems. Odds are with new hose that you either went too tight and cut the hose or went too loose and are pissing a little. You don't have to get crazy with the clamps If you white knuckle thats too tight!
