Fuel issue????? Popping ..setting fuel pressure??

Hello all, my problem is under load my car will pop real fast and quit. I was told that it bucks and pops when there is a boost leak but I did a pressure test on the intake system and found no leaks.

My best guess is that it could be a fuel problem.

My set up is a 94' S13 Blacktop with HKS mushroom filter, Z32 MAF, S15 T28, HKS actuator, Greddy FMIC, 550cc injectors, NISMO FPR, and Walbro 255lb fuel pump.

I have the FPR set to 43psi when I turn the key to the "on" posision but not started. Is this right?

How do I know or test if the O-rings are torn?

It idles fine for having a bad IACV-AAC valve except for when I'm coming to a stop.

Can anyone help or guide me in the right direction?

set the fuel pressure when the car is running. If your setting it to the stock fuel pressure (43.5 psi), disconnect the vaccum line from your FPR and set it to 43.5 psi then connect the vacuum line. The pressure may drop a few psi when you put the vacuum line back on.

Ok my fuel pressure at idle without vaccum was 2.8kg/cm. I raised the pressure to 3.05kg/cm =43.5psi.

But I still have that popping hesitation under full boost. The weird thing is that it happens then it goes away.

Anything?

My first mistake was using NKG Iridium BKR5EIX-11 (stock SE-R) plugs. The contact was pretty much melted away when I took them out to check them.

So here are the things that I did:

Changed IACV-AAC valveSet idle to 900rpmSet timing to +15deg (was at 17)Changed plugs to NKG Iridium BKR6EIX-11 with a .030 gap.

Well it starts and idles like a champ I just have to take it out for a road test. I'll let you guys know what my results are.
