Ok.. My fuel injectors will not open. 1 I have between 12 and 16 ohms on each fuel injector. So that problem is out of the sky.

My Altima has been a little rough on accelleration in the 1,500 to the 2,500 range. Yesterday, It just dies on me when I let up off the clutch and I'm not getting any gas in the cylinders. It's firring, but no gas. I first assume not enough preassure.. Change the filters and what not. Try it, nothing. Change the fuel pump. Nope. My last guess is that it probably skipped a couple of teeth on the belt and got out of timing. Haven't had time to look at this or figure out what sensors to check just in case some are bad. The rough accelleration leads to it being out of time in my mind.

If anyone has any different opinions that it could be besides it being out of time. Let me know them please. Or if there is a specific sensor for the fuel injectors under the hood of the 01 Nissan Altima. Knowing where it is would be nice. Tried looking for diagrams on the internet and couldn't find any.

Thankyou.

This is my first post... Flame me if you wish. Don't mind.

why dont you grab a timing gun to see what's lined up timing-wise.

that is, assuming you can have somewhat of an idle.
