Fuel Injectors

I have a problem There is a problem with the fuel injectors. When the car is running and I touch or slightly move the wire that goes into the top of the fuel injector the car dies almost and if i move it back to where it was it will start back up again and run normal. Lately, sometimes when i go to start my car it will sputter like crazy and then die and if i try to start it again right away it will do the same thing. If i leave it sitting for about 5 minutes and try again I have to feather the gas and it will eventually stop its sputtering and start up. Does anyone know whats wrong? I'm don't have a lot of knowledge in the fuel delivery part of the engine. thanks!

A loose connection. Clean out the plugs and wires with a little wire brush and apply a little dielectric grease to each connector.

Make sure all the wires are connected snug and not wiggly.
