If you are pulling the plenum, you should consider doing the coolant hose bypass. That eliminates about 6 or 8 hoses and double the connections where one day it likely will leak and leave you stranded.

The front seal requires taking the timing belt cover off. If you are anywhere close to needing to do the 60k belt replacement, now is the time as you will have most of it apart anyway and it's a fair amount of work.

P.S.- while you have the plenum off, grind all those areas so you can easily change any injector when they go in the future. Your info doesn't say if you have a twin turbo, but if you do, you may want to consider buying 555 injectors in case you one day want to install a performance chip and boost controller.
