fuel injectors aren't firing black top

so i replaced the blown motor with the new motor...hooked everything up, and the injectors aren't fring. I have fuel pressure, and the coil packs are firing, but the injectors aren't. nothing changed on the wiring harness from the old swap to the new one. It was a black top that blew up, and i replaced it with another black top.

is there a ground i might have left out under the hood...or something unplugged that i might have forgotten? any suggestions are welcome. Anything you can think of that has to do with injectors..and why they would not fire.
