fuel injector replacement

im installing new nismo injectors, for my s14 sr, i move the intake plenum to the side so i can get to the injectors, but im having a hard time pulling the injectors off, i was told to spray wd 40 on it and let it penetrate overnight, but i wanted to see if

anybody here knows an easier way to the injectors out..

i never took mine off, but when i do take time off of car, mainly mitsu, i just wiggle them side to side or pull on then with a 45 degree plier.
