Gents,

Can fuel injectors be repaired (not just cleaned)?

I pulled all four injectors due to rough idle, lowered fuel economy, etc.

All are original to my car. I tested them with an ohm meter....

1) Tested at 150 ohm
2) Tested at 13 ohm
3) Tested at 13 ohm
4) Tested at 1 ohm

So if I send them off to Witchhunter Performance or to Deatschwerks, do they repair that electrical function or do they simply clean them and replace seals? I ask during Labor Day weekend- they are not answering as they are each closed.

Or should I buy new ones? Recommendations? I read scary things about some of the knockoffs on eBay.

Or, what key words can I use to find the definitive fuel injector thread on Nico?

Thank you!

Just buy new ones. If resistance is super high or super low, there's either corrosion in the terminals, bad terminals, bad coil, or a short somewhere.
