fuel injector question

I was wondering how hard it is to change fuel injectors, and what all is involved.

simple. start car, pull fuel pump fuse and let it die. then try starting it until all fuel pressure is out so its all easy to remove. then:-pull wiring harness off-pull manifold solinoid-pull hoses-undo two 12mm bolts holding on fuel railpull injectors out of rail.i thin that was it from what i remember

You've also got to deal with the FPR return line. It's kinda hard to get to.
