So, you have options. You can replace them all, which is what I would do, considering the G is 20 years old. Even though the 3 injectors do fire, we can probably assume that they aren't firing at 100%. If you replace only the one cylinder, you'll have one that fires at 100% (strong) and the three others will not be as strong (weak). You'll have an imbalance which will affect performance. Your choice, but you'll probably notice it. If you decide to replace them all, you can still get everything you need at Deatschwerks. They can hook you up with new injectors and they might send you back the ones that do work, just so would have a spare in case of an emergency.
