Fuel Injector issue with a 1990 240sx

Today I was doing some routine work to the motor (pcv valve and plugs) and noticed that my number 1 and 2 fuel injector were leaking from the fuel rail. So I bought a set of injector seal kits and removed the fuel rail from the vehicle, removed all of the injectors, noticed that the number 1 injector had the plastic/ceramic portion of the bottom broken off around the sprayer, but the sprayer was intact. Since this is a used car, and it was running fine before, I resealed the injectors, relaced the fuel rail and reattached the injector plugs and attempted to start the car.

Now when I started the car, it ran really, really rough at first, seemed to smoothe itself out a little, then started running rough again. Anyone that has done this before to their car, could you please look this over and let me know if there is something I missed, or could it be the broken peice of that injector that is causing the issue? Not sure what your problem is but im pretty sure its not the plastic piece. i have broke a lot of those and just stick it back in and it ran fine. the its not to hard to remove it all and start over see if you missed something. sorry not much help
