Fuel injector impedence

can anyone tell me if you can run low impedence injectors on an rb25det with a top fed fuel rail? If so how do you go about it?

Buy a GTR restor pack and wire it in, or get 2 DSM restor packs and wire up your 6 high impeadence injectors.

So if I use the GTR pack I can use low impedance injectors.

I must not be understanding you when you say that I can get 2 DSM packs and wire up my high impedance injectors? The rb already runs high impedance injectors right? Sorry I'm just trying to get this all sorted out!

I have about 4 or 5 DSM packs lying around.

you need 2 packs cuz each dsm resistor pack will only have resistors for 4 injectors. unless you're using one from a 3000gt or something... not sure if they have the pack or not.

rb20 and 25 use high impedance injectors. rb26 uses low impedance. all ecus expect to see high impedance, so you need to run resistor packs with the low impedance.

Is this correct? I'm trying to make 100% sure this is correct before I go wiring every thing up! I don't want to burn my injector drivers in my ecu up!

You're right, that's what he meant to say.

Yeah what he said. Cause the DSM is a inline 4. You would need two for a inline 6.

I've got a resistor out of a 1991 Acura Legend V6 and was wondering if this would also work? I would rather use this 1 instead of using 2 dsm resistors.

(off topic) ive got the same exaust manifold that you have in your pic and just FYI...that last runner will most def have to be modified to make any type of downpipe fit
