fuel injector cc

just cause im too damn lazy to search again... but i have... and because i dont even know the simple stuff... how many cc are stock fuel injectors on a '90 240sx ? i read somewhere 260cc... is that right ?.. im trying to look for new fuel injectors and they always advertise in 'cc' and i dont want go too big bc then ill just be wasting gas... i want aftermarket but not performace if that makes sense... so how many cc on stock injectors ? thanks !

you wont waste gas, the injectors only use what the ecu tells them to use. i believe 260 is right, fet the denso 550 from ht and you should be ok

oh really ? i didnt know that, so it doesnt really matter how big the fuel injectors are ? i could get 550cc like you said ? thanks

u cant jsut get bigger injectors. the ecu tell the injectors how long and how much to spray based on their size. if u go with bigger injectors its goin to dump a lot more fuel in. u can run bigger injectors with an ecu retune or some kind of piggyback or standalone engine managment

i assumed that was previously understood. you cant just throw on the new inj's, like structure said youll need way to let the ecu know that the inj's are bigger otherwise you will just dump gas and you will die
