My car was running fine 2 weeks ago, I started her up and it reach up to 7 psi , but i had some hard time to start my car up. two days later, I started her again , it took me 5 mins to start it up.After I start driving (didn't warm up, cold condition) , the car act funny and wanted to die. so I pulled up to the gas station and checked, one of the spark plug wire (the rubber part) got melt because fuel get in to the spark plug wires. how? here is how http://imageevent.com/ka24det/densosparkplug I realize that all four spark plug F*** up THEY ARE DENSO that causes the cylinder flood with fuel. today I change out a new set of plug and wire and start her up again. it didn't want to start , and I saw oil dripping from the oil pan, I opened it up and found out fuel get in to my oil pan. My question is that , if there a lot of fuel in the cylinder , would it melt down the piston rings? how bad is that the fuel in the cylinder ? I believe the fuel mixed with the Oil? what should i do? can I just leave it open and let it vapor (oil with fuel). do I need to rebuild my engine?

last question

I already change the setting 270cc to 370cc to my e-mange? I unplug the battery for a week? would it earse all the setting?

er jeez...

well first I couldnt get the video to work, couldnt get the codec or something-- even tried to render it in Gspot and no luck.

I donno about fuel getting INTO the spark plug wires.. that seems a little outrageous to me... Couldnt the wire have melted cause it was resting on somethin hot?

As far as finding out how the oil got into your pan, I say drain it, flush it with a few quarts of cheap oil, fill it up with your regular stuff, and compression test the engine. If you're getting really crappy compression, you can assume youve blown rings and you'll need a rebuild. If your compression is fine, assume the plugs werent firing and the fuel washed down the cyl walls (which can happen).

Sorry to hear about that man, let us know how it works out!

yeah...I know no one would believe that the fuel get in to the spark plug wire, either I didn't do it right or the sparkplug itself got the problem. what happen is that the spark plug moves (the cermics parts) and the fuel get in to the spark plug and I blieve when I hit boost , the fuel get in to the sparkplug wire and melt it. I hope I am not in a big trouble. i will get back here once i found out what's going on. thank

I searched , there are some case similar to mine , the cylinder flooded and wash out the oil from the cylinder wall. I know it isn't a good thing , should I pulled oil in to the cylinder before I run a compression test and before I started the car? I heard if I run a compression test before I warm it up( cold condition)? the reading is not correct?

yes it did geti n to my spark plug wire, why because it melted so the rubber boot part got stuck in the spark plug so what i did was put some fuel in the sparkplug hole and melt it down. I took it out and I saw the fuel at the upper part of my spark plug.

so can anyone tell me if it is ok if the fuel in the cylinder for a while ? would it just vapor and nothing would hurt? anything i can do to get rid of all the oil/fuel mix?

can I do a compression test at cold condition?

I am going to take off the oil pans which I did then clean and seal it , change the oil filter , put some new oil in. dry the spark plug and put it in (fuel vapor self dry) . run a compression tests.

ok what I want to know is before I start my car up, I want to check the compression first. but can I just test it when the engine is not warm up? the fuel was in my cylinder maybe already wash away the oil from the cylinder wall? should I put some oil from the sparkplug hole just for protection?

Make sure your injectors are not leaking badly. If you stuff enough fuel into the cylinders while trying to start it, you will force the fuel past both the rings and the spark plug threads. Trust me, I've done this. Did you use new injector seals? Did you use any vasoline on the seals to ease it into the fuel rail? You might have torn a seal and it may be pouring fuel into the cylinders. If all 4 cylinders were affected, I'd definitely check this out.

I seal the oil pan and changed the oil filter. then I check the Injector o-ring. 3 out of 4screwd up. didn't know why. I inspected before I put them on, anyways, I change them all out (using the old 270cc injector o-ring they are in good condition) plus i dont know where i can get the exact size for this injector. by the way, Thanx so much C-Kwik thank you thank you thank you and thank you.
