I know that's an option, wes but i just got the Bug tonight and wanted to do it immed. I have no infiniti dealer near by. Would the nissan & infiniti filters have the same part #.

also, holla at me about the maps light console. For a fair price, i want it immed.

I tried a Fram filter, then tried an Autozone filter. They look identical, except for a few markings. Both were made in China. They look like plastic containers were inserted into metal casings, whereas the OEM filter is in a completely sealed metal enclosure.

Of course, you were specifically looking for a Nissan filter. Its the same as the 1990 Nissan Maxima 3.0 SOHC V6.

I have an Autozone (maybe same as Fram) filter installed right now. When its warm again, I'll order an OEM.

I have just installed an autozone fuel filter on the black Q cost 10 bucks. Easy swap.

I feel like I threw my money away because an OEM filter is only $10.49. But I needed one on hand for the fuel hoses I was replacing. Oh well.
