fuel filter

hey got a question just got back from iraq went to start my sr and started to smell gas. got out the car and saw that gas was flowing out the bottom of the car poped the hood and saw that it was the fuel filter hose. now my question is is that hard to replace dont know to much about fixin stuff if anybody can help out it would be much appreciated

If it's a factory hose then it's a pita to change because the hose likes to seize to the metal. Best way to change them is to take a razor blade and slice down one side. This should let the hoses come right off. Make sure you use fuel hose too. If you use regular vacuum hose the gas will eat through it.
