I have an 04 Premium Q and it is time to do a fuelf ilter change... how hard is this to do? I can do basic stuff like oil changes, but if it is much more difficult than that, I guess it will have to go to the dealer.

Is the line pressurized? Is there somewhere I can find step-by-step (idiotproof!) directions, maybe even with pics?

Thanks in advance.

Got FSM?

Other than that, just relieve the pressure by pulling the pump fuse while it is running, loosen gas cap.

No, unfortunately... first time I have ever even thought of doing a fuel filter myself - I don't even know where it is located .

All FSM and TSB are available at http://www.nissan-techinfo.com/infinit/ for a one day subscription. Best $20 you will ever spend.

If it is like FYG33, in front of rear passenger wheel. A lift helps immensely.

Gasoline will drain, so have a pan ready.

I just looked through the 2003 manual, and I cannot find any reference to a fuel filter. Is this like the VLSD, something else they eliminated?
