Fuel filler vent hose retainer clip

2008 Pathfinder V8

I replaced my fuel level sensor, but I lost the fuel line retainer clip that attaches the hose on the side of the fuel tank, to the fuel filler vapor hose (attached to the filler-neck hose). It looks like the gas tank part number is now superseded by a tank that just uses a clamp style clip. I'm having no luck on diagrams and google searches.

I've already tried the 5/16 and 3/8 fuel retainer clips commonly found in autopart stores, but they don't fit. Does anyone have any idea what size and/or where to get the correct retainer clip?

For anyone who searches in the future, I ended up gamb|ing and ordering the rear section of the hose, and using one of the clips that came with the hose to replace my original one that I lost, for the front section of hose.

Now it won't rev over 2,000-2,300k RPM. It was driving just fine before this fix (which appears to be fixed), but now I have a full tank of gas and may have to drop the gas tank again.
