Fuel Economy Graph?

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

On the info screen there is a fuel economy view...on the second page of that view there is a graph that says "fuel eco history." After 400 miles on my EX, that graph is blank. Does it start loading after a certain number of miles or only after I hit "reset" which I have not done? Or is something else going on here? Thanks!

After you hit recent it takes couple of miles to adjust, like maybe for the first 20 miles it may say 2.8 mpg, etc. After maybe like 150 miles it should adjust I would say, just a guess. Anyone getting higher than 17.9 Hwy MPG? because I can't even get near 18 mpg for such a small CUV lol.

UPDATE/EDIT: For the MPG HISTORY GRAPH I have 1500 miles on mine and still don't have anything on my chart, its still blank.

The fuel economy graph is great. After every fill up, just hit reset, then view. The bar graph will show how many mpg since last fill up, will take two fill ups to get on track. I am averaging 20mpg, maybe 21-22 if I drive more highway miles. You can monitor instantaneous gas milage by scrolling through the center display in between speedo. and tach.

So, you DO need to hit reset before anything shows up on the graph!

I've been getting around 22 MPG--my commute is 40 miles each way every day with a mix of famous Washington DC beltway 75 MPH runs to 5 MPH stretches. I don't use the graph--I keep track of miles traveled per tank with the trip meter and watch my economy and miles to empty by occasionally pushing the "status" button on the console.
