Fuel door problem

So a few weeks ago I noticed my fuel door was open and when I tried to close it, it would not stay closed. So I took it to nissan, and they said the actuator was bad and replaced it. That fixed the problem for about a week and now its popping back open again. Is there a fuse or a relay I can check? Where could I find this information?

I think it uses a physical cable...
