so i finally got all my parts and my truck back on the street.but now its fuel cutting and im not 100% sure why talked to a few of my buddies and what we came up with that could be causing it to fuel cut was the injectors, the fuel filter, fuel pump, or my maf.havent changed anything yet but i have new 550cc injectors ready to be put in. when i drive at any speed in any gear it will just randomly fuel cut and the car will begin to jerk, when it happens i let off the gas for about 10 seconds or so then begin to press it again untill it happens again then i release and so on.i noticed if i do a wot pull it wont fuel cut and if it is fuel cutting and i do a wot pull it will stop. the first thing on my list to change is the fuel filter because its the easiest and the cheapest.

if anyone has any ideas or thoughts on what it could be let me know asap thanks

i will be posting some pics of it soon

try just removing the filter and blowing it out before you waste cash on a new one. its rough getting to it but it's worth a try

Are you sure the fuel is cutting or is the ignition missing?

i checked the fuel filter and it was a lil clogged so i went ahead and changed it out and put the new one in. still having the same problems,im not 100% sure if its fuel cutting or if its a ignition problem.i have new injectors but i dont want to put on yet and i dont think thats the problem because it was running fine before on the stock ones.

try taking the injector rail off an cleaning the fuel system. when you put the injectors back on the rail put a little vasoline on the o-rings. but from what it sounds like i dont think its fuel. might be your throttle position sensor too... i don't know.. range of possibilities.. before you start putting money into it i would test a few things like the TPS or MAF. if you have a chiltion repair manual or something like that it should tell you how to test the sensors with a ohm meter. if not tell me what engine you have because i have a 91 nissan 4 cyl. HB and i have a chilton repair manual. keep me posted.

NISMOKA just a hint, look at his profile under his name on his just look to left of post where his forum name is, it shows he also has 91 d21 so it has to be the same motor unless he did a swap.

found out why i was fuel cutting
didn't have the inter cooling piping hooked up right so turbo was sucking out air and wasn't putting anything back in
