hey guys i got a problem i'm trying to solve on my stock ka24de. just the other day when i was driving it, it started misfiring. i checked the plugs, wires and distributer cap and everything was fine. even though the plugs looked fine, i changed them anyways. i did this and drove it for a while and ran fine, then all of a sudden the problem started again, but not as bad. now it just misfires at 2500RPM and below, but not at idle, and also at 4000 and above it misfires. it kinda sounds like fuel cut.

I got the car's check engine light read and it says that it's a misfire on cylinder 3 and that the engine is running lean...

any ideas as to what the problem is?? maybe clogged injector??

injector i would say!!! I had the same problema while back thinking it was the plugs but turned out it was my #2 Injector.

Do an ohm test but im almost sure its an injector.

If not, try the MAF sensor.

so your injector was completely killed? or just clogged and needed to be flowcharted?

yea it was pretty bad...on the ohm test 3 read somewhere between 11 and 12 ohms and the bad one read something like 150 or something so i just bought a new one and problem was fixed.

I think i might need another new one soon as my car seems a bit hesitant lately, so im gonna replace all 4 and the fuel pump.
