fuel cut, or speed limiter?

k time for a noob question. 93 s13 ka24de 5spd, was out cruisin around today i was doin somewhere around 115-120 (speedo on goes to 110) and i hit either the fuel cut or the speed limiter. not sure which, but what can i do to eliminate this pesky stopping of my illegal tendancies? (at a reasonable price if possible)

its your speed limiter. you have to cut a certain wire(?) on your ecu to disable your speed limiter or you can swap it with an auto ecu

ah. okay, so before i do something incredibly stupid, anybody know which wire i need to cut??
