fuel cut off / loss of power

Dudes For the last year my car has been acting strange and I don’t know what to due, and the symptoms are :

hard time trying to start my car when the motor is cold.You feel a loss of power if you press more on the gas Feels like you have a fuel cut of.My air fuel meter doesn’t stay in one placeWhen you feel the cut of the air fuel meter reads lean My spark plugs are white Some times my car runs good.White smoke comes out of my muffler.I cant go more than 80 miles

On the fuel cutoff, its worse on first shift the engine sounds pretty good then you reach 3000rpms and you feel the loss of power but the intake sound like a lion, and if you are in fifth gear going at 60 miles 2200 rpm you press the gas and you reach 4000rpm you will feel the fuel cut off.

Pleas can you help me guys.
