fuel cut defender

will a fuel cut defender remove the factory boost cut so i can run more than the factory 10psi?

No. FCD do just that: they stop fuel cut, which is different than boost cut. Boost cut happens when the MAF sees the volume of air flow past at the equalivent of 9-11psi (which it actually reads in a voltage signal, 5v to be precise) Fuel cut is another matter. Fuel cut happens as a kind of rev limiter. At a certian RPM, ECU cuts fuel to save the motor from over revving IIRC.

Get a bigger MAFS. (which will require either an ECU burn or a SAFC)

from what i am told, it modifies the maf signal so then u can run higher boost.

OK so if you want a Z32 MAF you can get a SAFC insted of flashing your computer? How would you tune it then?

I don't think that is going to work on most swapped cars in the US because most people are just plugging the wastegate actuator directly to a vac/pres source.
