Fuel Cut at 4000RPM??

My friend has a 91 AWD DSM and when he punches it, under full stock boost(14PSI) its good untill he hits about 4000RPM, then it cuts out big time. And basicaly Stops the car from going faster. So far he replaced the fuel filter and put in a Walbro 255LPH Fuel Pump. Any Ideas?? Please Help??

same thing happends to my car when i get on 3rd gear at 4000 rpm the fuel is cut and im running a denso supra fuel pump my car wont pass 50 cuz of it

possibly speed sensor malfunction....could be tellin the ecu to cut the fuel
