I own a 2000 Wingroad and noticed of late the fuel consumption has deteriorated. I normally get 365 miles to the tank but since the week before christmas I'm getting 300. Could this be the oxygen sensor or that I need to have the fuel system serviced. I've had the car since 2006 and have not serviced the fuel system since.

Come on guys. I need some advice. Could it be the O2 sensor?

check for codes first thing. Several sensor issues can cause fuel dump.

I've been searching for a manual to check the codes but to no avail. I've even tried to locate one here but no luck. Is there anything that can be done without the manual? It has the QG15 engine.

in canada we have this store called princess auto. I think in the usa its called autozone? anyway they sell a computer scanner that you just plug into the newer computers. it should tell you on screen what the error is, not no lights flashing and stuff i mean in words. :dblthumb:
