haha not quite.
It's all good though, I haven't even looked at the ticket.. but I think no registration is a 50 dollar ticket.

FileZilla is among the better clients out there, and its free.

Back in the day I remember using WS_FTP and Fetch.

How long was the car un-registered?

If it was more than a month, that's really no excuse. You know well in advance that your registration is going to expire on xxx date.

OP, if all you have to cry about a $50 ticket for expired registration then you sir are lucky. Expired tags here in Philly get you enrolled into a program called "Live Stop", in this program you get a $250 ticket and your car is immediately impounded which will cost you hundreds to get out, oh and if your car is modified then you get a $25 fix it ticket and if the cop is having a bad day or you mouth off to him (which most people who follow the F*ck the Police mantra do) you can have more fines thrown in and its not unheard of to have to pay to have your car put back into OEM status before you can put it back on the road.

Seriously, get over it, you knew your isht was expired or was about to expire and you didn't have the cognoscente (intelligence) to either not drive your car or contact your DMV and get a temp tag or waiver. Just saying.

OP, $50 is not a lot as someone else pointed compared to other places. In all honesty, there's plenty of time of get that fixed waaay before getting ticketed. Just say'n...

I read that as "pluto" and thought you were talking smack about the ex-planet, as if it hasn't been through enough already. :(

Stupid.

You knew it was out of date and yet you still complain about something that is your own fault.

Kinda hard to complain about a small fine for knowingly and willingly breaking the law?
