FS5W71C Transmission Question

FS5W71C Transmission Question
Besides gearing, is the the shape / bolt pattern / and input shaft the same o n all FS5W71C transmissions? ie - VG30E, CA20E, KA24DE, want to know if a 300zx transmission from a 1985 N/A will work in 240sx with same number (FS5W71C) Thanks!

its my understanding that you need to swap the bellhousings
