I have the chance to get header flanges made by a guy with a laser cutter. The would be made of mild steel and be 3/8 in thick. If he goes any thicker the metal would melt. If I have him do a run for 8 to 10 sets the price would be fairly cheap. About $70 for a pair. So if you guys want to make your own headers let me know. Here are pictures of the 1st set I got in today.

What is the diameter of the ports??? 1.5 or 1.75?????????

They are for 1.5. I just have a set of headers made and but they used 1.75 to make them.
