that thing looks like its afro-engineered to just sit there b/c they didnt ahve enough plumbing to make it a real SMIC...anyone know if its actually legit?

to me it looks like they were about 2.5feet of piping short of a side-mount setup

couldnt tell ya, i never got to drive it with the setup in it. came with the car, but apparently it ran superb for 2+ years with no problems at 8lbs.

the old owner who built that sr20det had his smic, but never decided to put it back in.

Coupling looks to be torn! Such a ghetto-rigged intercooler job. I remember I did that 6 yrs ago on my very first swap and it ran look caca.

first off, missing coil pack has nothing to do with this

second the ic is sold

third, it is a modded side mount, but not my idea

Lol my friend did that before, he used a skyline side mount and had that kind of messed up piping too, thats silly.
