Posted this in Classifieds, but I thought I'd post it here as well before I have it shipped to me.......

Well, I am changing the direction I'm going with my car so it looks like I will be selling my RB26. I purchased it from McKinney Motorsports at the beginning of the year and they have been nice enough to hold it for me until I was going to be able to get out there. But now that plan is a no-go. So, I have one week while I'm on vacation to find a buyer before I get back home and have it shipped. If I don't find anyone serious by next week then I will have it shipped to me and then I will most likely put it on eBay because I think it would demand a much higher premium on there because people tend to pay more than what things are worth typically. So, I'm offering it on some of the 240 forums first because you guys have given me a lot of useful info over the course of my build so I wanted to give you guys first dibs.

-R32 (late model R32 according to McKinney) RB26 in GREAT condition (it is from McKinney, so you know the quality)-No Computer or wiring harness (I was planning to go stand-alone... as I'm sure many would who are going rb26). If you need a wiring harness and/or computer I know McKinney can get them but that will be up to you.-Comes with an RB25 transmission

My asking price is $6500 plus shipping (shipping should run $400-600 depending on your location). It would be shipped directly from McKinney.

RB26s are going for around $5500 in decent condition right now, and the transmission is going for $800-1400 ...if you can find one. So, I think $6500 is a reasonable price to ask. I will accept any SERIOUS offers, but I am pretty firm with this price. No trades, and no I will not seperate the motor from the trans... it is a package deal.

I do have a couple of crappy pics of the motor... I was in Cali for the D1 event (McKinney actually invited me and Underground Motorsports out for the event) and we went by his shop and I did take a couple pics of my motor sitting there... but it was in the corner under a large shelf so it was hard to get a good picture... but I do have some if anyone is interested in those as well.

I know I may look like a noob cause I have not posted here much... but I think that anyone that has been around forums long enough should know that a post count has little to do with how much you know or what you've done. Some of you who may be interested might need some type of a reference to know that I'm not just some scammer or something. I have done quite a bit of work with Underground Motorsports so anyone who is SERIOUS about this motor and needs some type of reference for either myself or the motor can contact Chris at Underground Motorsports about that.

Other than that, please email me with any questions.

That's a little high for a R32 RB26... I know Mckinney charges a pretty penny for them... and they are nice motors. I guess you get what you pay for..

What are the differences between the R32 and R34 GT-R RB26's? Does the 34 have stronger internals?

I'm not sure what the differences are... I'm sure there is a thread or two about the differences in the RB forum :)

Cause I don't really have any good pics of it, and I don't think that it would sell very well on ebay without good pics... dunno.

I would, but the motor is in Cali and I'm in Missouri. I have 2 or 3 pictures of the motor from when I was in Cali, but they aren't very good because the motor was under a shelf in the corner... and if you've ever been to McKinney you know they are usually packed, so I couldn't even get it out to take better pics... and at that time taking good pics (to try to sell) wasn't really a concern.
