Everything below has come from my 1991 twin turbo as I proceeded with mods since buying it in 2018. Trying to sell the below items to offset some of the cost for a Haltech system. Detailed listing with photos:

1. New-style 370cc injector kit. I installed this early-to-new style conversion setup from Bernie in December 2019 (new-style injectors fitted in early-style rails for ’90-’94 TT engines) and it continues to perform flawlessly. I’ve put about 7k miles on the car since then. Also included will be a new plenum gasket, 6 new injector adapter harnesses and the newer (but used) short section of fuel hose that connects the rails. These are still in the car, but I’m at a point where I will pull them off if someone is ready to buy. I can also include fuel hose clamps if desired - $500 shipped.

2. Socketed ECU w/ Zshack tune for 93 octane, single intake, manual transmission, federal emissions, speed limiter removed, EGR functions disabled. This is still in the car, but I’m at a point where I will pull it if someone is ready to buy. - $600 shipped.

3. Bose radio - $250 shipped


4. Hood insulation with all 19 clips (local only) - $200.




5. v2 PTU and sub-harness - $65 shipped (PTU - $50, harness - $20 if separate).

6. Mid-pipes with catalytic converters - $200 plus shipping.

7. Cargo cover - $200 plus shipping.



8. Airbox w/ upstream inlet tubes - $150 plus shipping. One of the threaded inserts used to close the air box is missing.


9. Air induction valves - $60 for the pair, plus shipping.


10. Boost solenoids - $55 shipped.

I'll include everything shown so you have the fittings, but use the original hose at your discretion.

11. PRVR, AIV, EGR vacuum solenoids (bracket(s) included as requested) - $35 each, shipped.


12. EGR valve (with bolts) and plenum tubes - $75 for all, plus shipping.

I'll continue to try and remove the leftover manifold tube and fitting, but I don't have a vise on my bench.

13. PRVR canister - $30 plus shipping.


14. Boost hoses (two have torn/deteriorated openings) - $40 plus shipping for the two good ones.



I can include the damaged hoses if you like for no additional charge - just let me know.

15. Coolant/vacuum hard lines - $20 each or $90 for all of them, plus shipping.

Crazy to think someone would want to un-delete these, but if someone is doing a BaT prep restoration or the like, I have them.

Thanks! Hopefully, I'm able to help someone else and myself at the same time. The injector conversion alone was a lifesaver for me - saved me from my all-original old-style ones and was a LOT cheaper (and easier) than justbuying a fresh set. Bernie does these kits up right.

- All items above that were listed as "will be available once I get into the work" - MAF, Hallman boost controller, etc. The injectors and socketed & chipped ECU have also been removed and are readily available.
- Z1 single pop filter (filter with clamp only). Filter has about 10k miles on it and is in very good condition - $35 shipped.
- "T" intake tube - $50 shipped.

It's also worth noting that the injector kit will also include the fuel rail isolators (the ones that go between the rail and the lower plenum). They were part of the kit I got from Bernie. As such, they are not new, but they're in like-new condition.

Looking for a passenger side recirculation/blowoff valve and the passenger side fresh air intake line.

I'm still using my OEM (modified) recircs, but I do have the fresh air intake pipes, as shown in the pic above. I really prefer to sell them as a LH/RH set, but I can break them away from the air filter box. Apologies for the delayed response - was on vacation last week.
