Ok, heres whats on the table

ca18det, bored out .40 over, with forged pistons (unknown brand, came in parts motor, they were mint)

brand new total seal rings, ran for 10 minutes

head is completely redone, new seals, cleaned, checked, everything is perfect. Milled 4 thou off.

sr20det turbo, just put it on, shaft play is perfect.

powdercoated valve covers, and front timing cover

chipped ecu with tune for 440cc GTIR injectors, and rb20 maf, which is what motor comes with

spec stage 3 clutch, very good shape, bought used but was still lots of meat left.

New water pump

new oil pump

Now for the bad, basically what happened is that i assembled it, drove it for awhile ran great, but the rings were not cleranced right, so i had crappy compression. Took it apart, had a guy put it back together for me with new rings, used the bearings that i only had 10,000k on from the origional build. They looked great, no problems from what i could see. For all i know, he assembled the bottom end wrong, but either way, it spun a bearing on #1 rod, big end. Im taking a huge loss here for the price im selling it for, with all the upgrades it has...but whatever. I will ship a freshly polished crank with it, as im assuming the one in it is toast on that one journal. All of the above comes with this engine. I will ship at the buyers cost. This could be a great engine for somebody who doesnt mind putting a bit of work into it. The engine is located in calgary, alberta, Canada.

I want 1000$ canadian for it, and really dont wanna take any less.

U can ask me questions on here, or email me at [email protected]

Cheers

Evan.

Heres pics

This comes with it too.

yah, hahah myself included. I just needed something reliable so i picked up a stock s14 for now, tired of friggin bearings spinning....i cant seem to get this engine right so ill try again on another one later. Anybody who wants this engine, really, it just needs like 250$ worth of work by a proper machinist and its ready to pump out the horsies. Anybody who knows about ca18det knows that this particular setup is worth alot more than 1000$....u cant even get a ca18det that you know nothing about from an importer for less than 1500....not here anways.
