The car is in Iowa and I am in Belize.. I will be flying back in Jan if anyone is intrested and will drive the car to you. or you can pick it up in Sioux City Iowa. Fixed this car up for myself.. New everything, Suspension, tires, interior, and exterior, all electric and works greats.. and new starter.. I would drive this car anywhere and if I dont get 6,000. for it soon will drive it to Belize through Mexico or barge it over.. It is a Cream puff.. Red Exterior and charcoal carpet and grey seats. first, you're not going to sell this car here without pictures. i don' think you'll be able to sell it anywhere on the internet without pictures. i don't intend to be harsh. just trying to help.

also, you're not going to sell that car for $6000. unless it's got zero miles, no on would pay that much for a stock vert. you'll be lucky to get $3000 for it nowadays. sorry, but that's pretty much how it is.

best of luck and let us know how things go.

LOL... no worries Chi..

I'd love it if people would use the sticky more... but this forum exists to serve the members.. and if the group doesn't want to use that sticky... no biggie.

I won't comment on the price of the vert for sale for two reasons. -First, a guy can ask whatever he wants to ask for his for sale item. It's up to them to ask what they want.. if you don't want to pay that much.. don't buy it. -Second, and most importantly... I don't know anything about the car. He says he has a 'vert in excellent condition.. no year, no miles, no picture, no specifics??? Could have 20,000 original miles and a complete custom interior and mirror-like factory paint. Could have Volk Racing wheels with high end rubber... Could have an RB30det in it??? It could have $3,000 in unmarked bills in the glove box? Until I know more about the car, I won't pass judgement on it.

Anyhow.. welcome to NICO Missionary.. Keep up the good work in Belize!Sorry to hear that you have to go through a divorce. I'm even sorrier to hear that you have to sell the 'vert. I wish you luck with your sale, and I strongly encourage you to pop back in here with more info and some pictures.

Thank you for the nice post.. Been down over selling this car. but guess that or barge it for 1,000, plus the 500 gas to get it from Iowa to coast. and then pay duty in Belize which could be another 1,000.. Cant win for loosing but will do that and keep in storage unless I can get at least 5000. for it.. I have put at least that in the car.. Yes it does have 122,000 miles but runs great and only had to put a new starter in .. So no problems.. Did put on hight suspension. and new tires for fast road. LOL. And I have the papers for the other two things they did. Also redid the inside to original. How do I post a picture have been trying and it isnt showing up.. HUMMMM Any ideas on that I have two .. One with me by my car.. Thank you.. The car is Red with Charcoal interior.. Gets the looks when ever I drove it and people fell in love with it. It is a classic. and I tryed to keep things as original as I could. Thanks again for you nice post.

the best way to go about posting pictures on this (and most) web forums is to upload your pictures to a host server (like photobucket.com or putfile.com or even yahoo photos). most of these servers will provide you with an html (that's the name for the code used in most message boards liek this) tag for your picture. you copy that tage and paste it into the message. sorry if i dumbed this down too much. you never know what people do or don't know about how things work - so i tried to make that as simple as possible.
