Many times, this comes damaged with a motorset. I have removed my A/C system and no longer need the FCID. It is the idle air valve on the AAC assembly that allows the engine to idle up when the A/C compressor kicks on. Make an offer.

Would this work for an electric fan?

To do what? To up the idle when you turn on the fan? I am sure you could make it work, but in the stock configuration, using the stock wiring, this opens when the A/C is turned on. If you are really, really good at wiring, you could make it do anything.

Yeah, I wasn't really thinking when I asked the question. I got excited. I have a really powerful fan, when it kicks on the engine drops a few hundred revs. I'm sure it's a lot of work to wire to work for the fan
