Any word on the way this exhaust sounds? New member here and just bought an 09 M35S. Haven't seen this exhaust yet...looks good, may be interested. Thoughts on sound with the VQ?

There's only one video floating around that I found and it was from Japan. I'll try and find it again it took me forever last time. It's very quiet for the most part a very elegant refined sound. At idle it's only a 1 Db increase from the stock exhaust. It's a grown up exhaust, for a grown up car.

There's the dyno sheet from Fujitsubo. It's for the Elegant, but they said it should be the same for the Legalis R.

I actually found an awesome deal on a Vette! After I totaled my 350z I thought I wanted something more practical. Now I realized that I've only used my backseat twice, and my trunk maybe once. If I'm not able to scoop up this Vette, I'll probably look into another Z, S2K, or try and find another Vette.

Will this fit a 2007 M45? I might be interested. I noticed you have a 727 area code. I, too, am in the Tampa Bay area.

Yes, this will fit a 2007 M45. Send me a text, I'm a little bit north of Tampa. Could definitely meet up.

I know this is really minor, but after researching how difficult it is to make those single tips into dual tips, I decided not to go with this exhaust. If it had dual, stock-looking tips instead of singles, the deal would have been far wrapped up by now. Since I'm a dealer and might have to sell my M for the right offer, it needs to look stock. But I hope you get it sold! From all the research I've done, it seems to be the perfect exhaust for the more mature crowd who only want a little bit more tone. Having said that though, I have no clue why they went with one big single tip?!? lol It kinda looks like a tuner.

Kinda off-topic, but if you need some buying tips for your Vette, let me know. Right now is the slooooooooooooooow season for car dealers, so you can wheel and deal like crazy.

Yeah it's definitely not an easy task to go with dual tips, but if you have dual tips and stockish sounding you might as well stay stock. The vette plan actually got changed. I'm now getting into something a little different. Hint hint, 2JZ-GTE.

M25/35 in Japan come with a single tip on some of their platforms and the bumper is shaped for it too.

I might be interested, but I have a few questions first (since I know almost nothing about after market exhausts):

I am looking to replace my stock M35X exhaust. Do you know if this is a direct bolt-on for the X? Any modification needed for the single exhaust tips? is this going to replace my Y pipe and resonator? And is it street legal/will it affect emissions?

If all checks out, then how much to ship to Boston?

Thanks!
