FS: 5 spd transmission with Parts

I originally purchased a car and the owner had these parts to do a swap for a 97' 240sx. It was off a 91 240sx. From what he said the transmission is still in good condition and that all the gears went in fine. I'm selling these parts as a whole and AS IS for obvious reasons. I'll post some pix or request them and I'll send them. Here's the list of parts:

-5spd transmission + bellhousing bolts-Slave cylinder + bolts-master cylinder + bolts-Clutch pedal + bolts-Clutch lines from an S13-Shifter + knob-Lower shift boot-Flywheel + bolts-Crossmember-Adapter plate-Bellhousing and flywheel bolts

Where exactly in So Cal do you live? Price? And do you have ALL of things needed for the 5 spd swap? I didn't see a driveshaft there for some reason....
