also different question would it be better to use new oem nissan headbolts,exhaust/intake studs,connecting rod bolts,and main bolts or would it be better and cheaper to go with arp bolts and studs? by the way im rebuilding the motor stock. thanks

ARP is better. You shouldn't really need to replace the exhaust and intake studs unless they are broken/missing.
