frozen door problem

Help need!!!!!!!!!!!I'm from canada and everytime it goes below zero here my tumbler in my drives door sticks it is fine if I drive the car for about a half hour our heat with hair dryer anyway that this problem can be fixed our has anyone had the same problem my car is a 2002 nissan alitma 3.5L.

there should be a small metal door that closes when you pull your key out of the lock. you can also spray some stuff into it that the sell at stores (dont know what is in it, although if it contains calcium chloride i would be a little careful, it can cause corrosion).
