Frontier - brake light won't go out - no more than 5mph - lights flashed -konked

Nissan Frontier - 45,000 mi. Brake lights wouldn't go off. Would't move more than 5mph. Headlights flashed and then battery / car died.

Have you checked out your electrical system? I wouldn't imagine this problem being mechanical.
