What years/makes front glass will fit on the 86 720?

All years carry the same glass. Either the short glass with the wing glass or the whole glass. If you have the short glass and want to install the whole glass, then you will need to locate the channel for this glass as its narrower than the one for the short glass. There are holes prefabbed in the door for either set up.

I'm afraid I wasn't very clear. When I said front window I meant windshield. It was late & I was a bit out of sorts so apologies for the confusion.

Don't think there is a difference. My barber has an 82 and an 85 and interchanges parts to keep his 85 going. Yeah he did swap the windshield.
