98 qx4 207K developed what sounded like a wobble in the wheel is the best way I can explain it. It's the front passenger wheel. I thought it to be cv axle as there were no dust boots on the axle, they fell off some time ago. So I replaced both cv axles and the front passenger bearings, still had the shimmy or wobble so I just replaced the whole hub assembly from a wrecked qx4 and the wobble is still there. You can hear and feel the wobble especially going over bumps. I jacked the car up and tried to see if wheel had any play and there is no movement side to side or up or down. I'm stuck on what to look at next, ball joints, tie rods etc are allowed and tight.

Is it like a wobble/vibration while the wheel is turning, or is it more of a side to side wiggle going over bumps and such? I'd have your tires checked out for uneven wear or something of the like. You could also take a look at the bearings and races (and maybe just replace them if they're due).

Does this wobble come at a certain speed? I'd also start with a tire/wheel balancing if that has not been done recently.

As stated I have put in whole hub assembly and all thinking it was that. Tire wears normally and I drove behind the qx4 on the highway and saw the front passenger wheel was definitely wobbly and bounced around when hitting bump compared to drivers side was steady. I'm thinking strut brace?

Go push down hard on the front passenger's side and then the driver's side, and see how many times it bounces before settling. Based on that description it sounds like the passenger side strut is shot. If that's the case it'll bounce more than the driver's side before coming back to a rest. For good measure, make sure the shock nut in the tower is tight.

Unless you meant it was bouncing/wobbling side to side, which is a different and more dangerous problem.

More information, whenever it rains, if I turn the wheel left or right I get popping from right and left front wheels, it doesn't pop on dry days, only rainy, which is weird. Also it's doing a memory steer think if I turn full left or full right it will pull the direction I turned slightly, and it will stay slightly puling in that direction until I do a full turn opposite direction if that makes any sense.

How are the bushings on the steering rack?

Could be a strut mount, when it (finally) wears out it could give you a shimmy/wobble. Tire pressure could be the culprit as well.

I had a shake in the front of my QX4 over bumps once, it turned out to be hood. Had a loose latch with enough play room to "wobble" the steering wheel when the wind got under it.

I would have a tire shop look over the actual wheel/rim and tire first though.
