I might have to do front rotors coming up here soon, and I need to know what I need to remove the bearings with.

Any ideas from anyone who has done this before? It's a 2WD model.

The outer bearing cone will just fall out when you slide the hub off the spindle. The inner bearing cone is held in place with a snap ring. The races need to be pressed out.

Also, If you have to change out the rotors, do you need to mess with the bearings at all? I can't get a straight answer from the FSM.

Edit: I mean other than greasing them up again. The FSM shows the grease seal is a replacement item, as well as the cap at the end. I have grease seals, but don't know what type of grease to use other than "multi-purpose". Will I need a drift for the grease seal install also? The mechanic who did my inspection said I should tighten up the bearings a nudge, as there is a hair of play in the wheel...

No there is nothing you need to do with the bearings beyond greasing them. If the grease seals are dry leave them alone.
