My drivers side front sun visor is loose and falls down. Is this covered under warranty? or how do I fix this?

Whether it is warranty depends on the inservice date of your vehicle, your mileage, and whether you purchased an extended contract.

What you will need is the small visor retaining clip, the retainer inside of it is most likely broken or weak. Its an $8.48 part and takes 30 seconds to install

Part number is 96409-CC00A....might be different depending on the interior color, that's for a grey one.

It is not the hinge, its the clip that the visor snaps into. That fixes the concern the majority of the time. If if you need a new visor be prepared as they are quite expensive.
