Front upper wing??

Hi guys! I have a 96 240sx and I would like to buy front wings that goes on the hood where it cover top parts of the head light. I really like how it looks. Where can I get those?? and how much about??

Are you talking about that thing that goes on the 95/96's that makes the headlights look like 97/98's? I think those things look awful, but thats my opinion.

yea they look terrible. either get some eyebrows or paint some eyebrows on the lights like i did, it looks much better that the bomex thing.

NO...noo....not those plastic eye cover...

This is like a wing..that goes on the hood. Almost like a "bug refector" but....it looks like figerglass wing in the front. I like those.

Also looking for a body kit to install on my car..not sure what I want yet... I just don't have too much $$$$ to spend right nwo..

Geez... everything you do to the exterior is called rice now. If you don't have hubcaps, it's now rice coz it's no longer stock! Get scraches on your car and people will say it's rice coz they kinda resemble racing stripes. I'm gett'n a little tired of it all.

yeah i think it looks good too...i know theres at least 2 people on these boards who have it on their cars, i forgot who they were but i've seen pictures of their cars and it looks pretty good...

i agree with silvia. there's definately a trend among performance-oriented people to be way too oversensitive to anything that could remotely resemble rice. there's a difference between hooking up a car right, and ghettoing up a car or trying to hook up a car the wrong, untasteful way.

hey its your opinion about "hating" on the eye mask..i guess it all depends on how ur car looks. look at mine...i've NEVER heard a negative comment on it. honestly, i think it makes my car...

My apologies TK, I thought you were talking about something else. I know what you're talking about now. I'm not sure where you can get them, but I'll see what I can find out. I've only ever seen one car with the deflector, it was in Sport Compact Car a few months back. Not to my taste, but not really ricey at all.

yha..i went back to my old magazine pile and fond an old Sport Compact Car 2002 May issue. I Really like the look. I think the only company makeing it is Bomax....any one else with any other makes??

he's not looking for eyebrows.He's looking for an air splitter that deflects bugs and rocks.

No one makes one for the 240, however, they do make one for a frontier that could be heated and bent to fit a 240.

I personally would rather put a bra on the car.

Check out my car. I have the bomex eyebrow painted black, to kind of match my carbon fiber hood. I like it so i bought it. A lot of people dont. O well, to each his own.

Bomex makes them Hood Spoilers and stuff... When 240sx.org had member rides there was a 95sx that had it on his ride... he was the one with a reddish maroon in color turbo KA and he was also selling it... also made it in SCC magazine

yea the eyemask makes the car look as mean as the mcS14's. i drooled over it as soon as i got my 95. never heard anything bad about it until now

I dunno, I think it looks pretty nice, plus there's no way you can consider that rice, bomex is a pretty high quality, expensive brand. It's not like your buying some cheap knock-off.
