Having some clearance issues with a new intake plenum and the OEM strut tower brace even after installing the recommended bolt spacers. I know there are aftermarket braces that offset the bar but I would like to know which one will do the job without other unintended issues :--).

Purchased an offset front tower brace from Z1. Seems to do the job although there isn't much clearance from a small bolt head that attaches a solenoid to the cam cover on the driver's side. Will have to see if tracking the car would produce normal CW rotational torque of the engine enough to make contact with the underside of the new bar. Have noticed that vertical movement of the bar can be attained by pulling upward on the bar. Haven't decided if that is a good thing for possible clearance contact or a bad thing for cross tower rigidity  .
