I finally had my car checked out, haven't driven it in almost four weeks, but the front U-joint (not the transmission) was bad. The place is not sure if its a replaceable U-joint. They think it has to be replaced with the front drive train.. so if anyone has any insight on this please let me know. If I have to buy the whole assembly where is the best place to purchase it? Thanks in advanced.

Great question, looked at the service manual; can't find a direct listing for it. Google search indicates that it can be replaced, so you will need to take back to the Infiniti store or find your self a shop that works on 4 wheel drive trucks- they must come across this issue frequently

u need to get the whole front propeller shaft, and get it done right away, im not trying to scare you but if that thing broke off, it will hit the bell housing, transmission line and powersteering line. and this will cost you more..

Don't worry I'm not driving it at all, the place that its at said I'm lucky I made it there. I've done some research and there's a few people saying just purchase an FX35 front U-joint and replace it. The shop says it doesn't really look like a replaceable piece. The dealer said they could only get the whole drive train for over $800 bucks. Funny, I bought a japenese car in hopes for no major problems...
